Mrs. Amanda Wolfe, Principal
Hello, my name is Amanda Wolfe. I am so excited to be the new Principal at Walker Elementary School. This is my 16th year in education. I am married to Jeremy Wolfe and we share three amazing children: Drew, Emily, and Haley Brooke. When I am not at work, I enjoy time with my family, softball, Alabama football and a good book. I attend Sulphur Springs Free Will Baptist Church. I am thankful to be a part of the Northside community and look forward to this new adventure.
My Why
I choose to be an educator because growing children is my God given mission field. I'm thankful for the opportunity to be a part of your child's journey.

Mrs. Lisa Hembree, Assistant Principal
Hi, my name is Lisa Hembree. I love being a part of the Walker family as the Assistant Principal.
I grew up in Stone Mountain, GA and attended The University of Alabama. I have a bachelor’s in Special Education, Master’s Degrees from Western Michigan University and The University of West Alabama. I have been in education for 24 years, with 4 years serving as the Assistant Principal at Lloyd Wood Education Center and Walker Elementary. I have worked in Tuscaloosa County since 2003 as an inclusion teacher, behavior interventionist and administrator. Prior to Tuscaloosa County, I taught in Baton Rouge, LA and Atlanta, GA.
Please know my door is always open and I look forward to meeting everyone. I am so happy to be a Walker Ram.
